How to Build an Acne Diet

* Drinking green tea is very good for you - Drinking the real stuff is the best. The best kind of green tea is the kind you brew yourself. However, if you can’t stand the stuff, then natural green tea drinks will do. Green tea will limit the creation of androgen. Androgen is a hormone that will cause your skin to breakout.
* Restrict your salt intake - Most salt contains iodine. This is the reason we usually call table salt “iodized salt.” For some with acne, iodine an cause major inflammation.
While watching what you eat, you should also be very careful with what you put on your face. You should know what ingredients are in your beauty products if you have acne. Use oil free moisturizers and organic skin care products. These products will least likely cause you to breakout. Mineral makeups are a good investment, if you wear makeup. If you want to enhance your acne diet and reduce breakouts, you may want to try mineral makeup.
