Tackling Problems With Children Who Don’t Like The Bath

Disliking bath time is not uncommon in young children. Some may not like water, some want to be playing instead and others just like being dirty. As anyone who has children will know, they can be mightily stubborn so trying to force them to do anything will always end in misery. However, don’t panic, there are some thing you can adopt which will really help your child grow to love bath time. The best three are these.
Bath with them.Introducing your child to a bath can be a little scary, but you can make it significantly less so by getting in with them. kids respond to the reactions of their parents a great deal. If you are calm and seem to be enjoying yourself in the water, your children will associate the bath with fun and will not be fearful.
[1] Toys.Toys can be an invaluable tool in your efforts to persuade kids to agree to bathing. There is such a vast selection and many [2] bath toys are things that children don’t get to play with normally. Rubber ducks, submarrines and water pistles are a few but there really is endless choice.Before they bathe, take them to the shops and get them to pick out a bath-time toy which they like. This will make them actually look forward to bath time
Ritual. Once you have established a nice routine that works for everyone, make sure you keep it going. Children like routine and they will happly go along and start to forget what the fuss was about in the first place. If you follow each bath time with bed time story, with your child tucked in bed with their [3] baby doll, they will sleep well and nighttimes will always run smoothly
