Usually it is not unless there’s an officially-arranged meet-and-greet kind of event. Some artists will sign items in the lobby after a performance. The Rialto does not sell “backstage passes” or VIP tickets. Typically the only way to get backstage at all is if you’re on the crew working or you know someone in the band personally.

What do we do about food? Are meals provided by Oxfam?
When working as a steward, you will receive one meal voucher per shift worked. This can usually be redeemed either at crew catering, or at caterers who Oxfam has an agreement with.
