Do You Make These Mistakes in Article Marketing?
28/04/2009 by FeedCrazy.
So you’ve finished writing a great article and now you’re ready to submit it to all the major article directories. All you have to do is press the send button and wait for an avalanche of traffic straight to your website right? Not so fast. Despite all your hard work spent writing articles, you might be making some common mistakes that could be sabotaging your article marketing efforts. Find out if you’re making these common mistakes so you can fix them fast and get more traffic with your articles.
Here are the 3 common mistakes that many people make in article marketing:
Mistake #1: You Don’t Optimize Keywords In The Article Body
The best way to get more people to find your articles is to get a high ranking in Google for popular keywords that describe your topic. While many people mention their main keywords in the article title, most don’t repeat the keywords in the body. To improve your rankings in Google, make sure that you mention your money keywords and phrases at least 3-4 times in the body of your articles.
Mistake #2:You’re Not Tracking Website Visitors From Your Articles
When writing articles it’s very easy to just include your website url without any tracking. However if you do any article marketing for a long time, you’ll want to know where your best traffic is coming from so you can get more of it. By including tracking links in your articles you’ll also be able to find out which articles are sending you the best customers.
Mistake #3: No Appealing Benefits Or Compelling Calls To Action
After writing a great article many people fail to include a compelling offer or call to action. You should do this as soon as you possibly can. Whether in the resource box of your article or even earlier possible. While some article directories might only allow links in the resource box, you can always include more links if you publish articles on your own website or blog.
Of course, the key to making all of this work of is writing great articles. Assuming you have good content to begin with you’ll quickly be able to get the most from your writing.
One of the biggest problem many writers face is simply the time it takes to research and write articles that get attention and drive traffic to your website. If you want to write irresistible articles faster and make more money, you’ll want to use the latest tools that help automate your article research and save dozens of hours so you can write faster and get more customers.

A Publishing Revolution
28/04/2009 by FeedCrazy.
Calling all publishers, journalists, editors and freelance writers. Now is the time to breathe more life into your articles. Turn your articles into living pieces that spark measurable debate, get closer to your readers and engage their mind and soul - we’re talking revolution.
As it was in the beginning
Publishers have for many years relied on letters to get feedback from their readers and although email has opened up this method of communication it is still time consuming and difficult to monitor and process, and for the more popular articles, it is either a case of only a fraction of the received correspondence ever being used, or where online comments have been allowed, well written and good comments can be buried under poorly written and abusive comments.
As well as being an overhead for the publisher, to most people it is an unrewarding medium in terms of the amount of effort required and response received, just consider the number of letters that go unpublished and unread.
As it is now
The Internet has brought new channels of communication and created opportunities that allow us to challenge traditional methods. The Internet has matured, no longer the preserve of computer geeks but an everyday technology that has been embraced globally, by the young and old, allowing the traditional way things were done to be re-evaluated. There is now the opportunity for newspapers, trade journals, magazines and ezines to change the mental process.
Readers of any article often would like to comment, traditionally this has required them to feel strongly enough to write a letter, or now, with the convenience of the Internet, send an email or write a comment. Sure emails are easier but it still takes time to craft an email and time for the majority, is what they haven’t got.
Although interesting a letters page or a list of comments are at best a snapshot of views or an endless unmanaged list of comments; a well crafted and well written letter on any given subject may hold the view of the minority, or the majority but due to the free text form it is difficult, or near impossible, to measure.
As it should be
Now consider the advantages of linking articles to online surveys where as a publisher you will have the ability to obtain valuable readership feedback in a form that can be properly measured. Just as important as you communicating with the readership is providing the readership with an effective channel to communicate with you; one where they know it will count.
Want an instant snapshot of opinion? Did they like what they read? Did the sentiments expressed in the article have the support of the audience or do the readers have a different view?
Now it is easy
In the past surveys would have taken considerable effort to design and publish and altogether was a process too long winded and therefore reserved for the niche and bigger topics.
However, using sites like www.surveygalaxy.com surveys and questionnaires can be created and published via the Internet by anyone who has a pulse. Professional looking surveys and questionnaires created in minutes that make the perfect compliment to articles that prompt opinion and debate.
The advantage over letters, e-mails and comments are that all the feedback is managed and measured and sites like Survey Galaxy will provide you with a real time poll that you can either keep to yourself or share with your readers.
It can even be complimentary to sending an email
Link each article to an online survey and not only extend the life of the article as people have a channel to express their views, but involve your readers in the discussion where they now know their opinion will be counted.
You think they would rather send an email? - not a problem - just include the facility within the survey and get the best of both worlds.
It’s low cost, fast and easy to do; it will not only empower and engage the reader but will establish a valuable communication channel that will provide you with measurable feedback and give you the opportunity to promote other related articles.
Try it now and register your opinion of this article here:- Readership Feedback Survey

Cut Your Time in the Kitchen by Half
28/04/2009 by FeedCrazy.
Modern life demands a lot of our time and time saving devices are in great demand, especially in the kitchen. The food processor is probably the most important time saving device in the kitchen since the microwave oven, and it is so versatile that you will wonder how you ever got along without one. A good option to consider is a Cuisinart 7-Cup Food Processor.
In 1973, an engineer named Carl Sontheimer brought the first food processor to North America. It took some time for consumers to understand how useful this appliance could be, but once people realized all it could do the device became very popular. It transformed the way food is prepared in homes around the world. Another good option is the Cuisinart 11-Cup Food Processor.
These remarkable gadgets can cut, slice, chop, blend, grate, crush, mix, knead, and puree almost any food. With one in your kitchen, you can prepare anything from soups to curries to salsas in no time. All this prep work is done at high speed in a food processor. These machines are also very consistent, giving the same quality results every time. There are many companies that make food processors, offering either full size or compact models.
Cuisinart has several food processor models that you can use to make juice, slice and dice vegetables, grind meat, mix cake batter, chop nuts, knead bread dough, julienne french fries, slice onions without tears, and so much more. You will find new uses for your food processor that you never thought of before.
The Cuisinart 11-cup food processor is among Cuisinart’s standout processors. If you are lucky enough to own the Cuisinart 11-cup processor, you might not have a need for any other equipment for your food preparation. This versatile machine is a great helper in the kitchen, handling chores from chopping, slicing and dicing, shredding, mixing, whipping, and even kneading dough, and it does it all quickly and efficiently.
When shopping for food processors, you may notice that they come in 3 basic sizes. These sizes are mini, compact and full. Although they are different sizes, what makes them work when you plug it in stays the same. Each one has a motor, a feed tube and a bowl and lid with necessary attachments.
Cuisinart 11-cup food processor will cost around $199 and you will never regret its purchase. Cuisinart’s exclusive single piece feed tube is there which is very wide mouthed. This helps in putting the entire fruits and vegetables in it. All the parts are dishwasher-safe, and it has a 5 year warranty period for motor faults and a 3 year warranty for other defects. And if you want to go big, opt for a 14-Cup Cuisinart Food Processor.

The Benefits For Homeschooling As Reported By Families
28/04/2009 by FeedCrazy.
Multiple problems have been on the rise over the last few decades in public education and as a result the number of families who keep their children out of schools for homeschooling has also been on the rise.
One of the largest groups of homeschoolers are Christians, who seek to support and defend their values by teaching their children at home because many feel that the standards of morality and conduct are undermined in the public school system.
Many other families opt for homeschooling as well, even without the Christian foundation, because they have concerns about the examples that are set for their children by the out of control behaviors in many public schools, by the disregard for authorities in classrooms, and through the influence of drug use, alcohol use, and promiscuity that is flaunted in the hallways.
There are many homeschooling resources and homeschool support groups available to help any parent who is concerned about the quality of education that is found in public schools, in addition to the many bad influences. The support groups usually organize locally and have regular newsletters and meetings and often the group will organize discussion groups, establish sports teams, start writing clubs, and even organize field trips, which helps to lighten the burden of the parent having to do all of those things independently.
This type of homeschool group is also a good way for homeschoolers to be able to socialize with people outside of their families. Socialization is one of the main issues that critics of the homeschooling movement point to as being a problem. However, in response, parents who homeschool are equally quick to point out that they would rather have their children be under-socialized than to be forced to be socializing with the out-of-control, belligerent, destructive and disrespectful element of students that is found in every school.
Many people wonder what kinds of activities are appropriate for homeschooling and if it takes up the whole day. Each family has the ability and choice to structure their day, their lesson plans, and their activities as they see fit. Homeschooled children learn by reading, through conversations, by means of structured play, by taking outside classes, through volunteering with local agencies, and from working as apprentices or interns in work settings.
In general, each day homeschoolers have free time on their own, in the comfort of their home surroundings, during which they can read, write, draw, play, build, work on math problems or create science experiments. There is also usually some time set aside to spend with their parents in order to get guidance or ask for help with something, to talk and discuss topics of interest, or to work on a project in tandem with the parent, or siblings, or both. In addition, some home schooling families participate in outside activities such as scouting programs, classes in musical instruments, discussion groups, or athletic individual activities or team sports.
Extracurricular activities can be an important way for homeschoolers to interact with peers, and such programs are available for homeschooling children equally as much as for students enrolled in the local schools. Because all families contribute to the financial support of public schools through taxes, all children in the community can avail themselves of school sponsored programs.
