Go Articles is a surprisingly high quality Free Article Directory site. The nice part about it is that the article you add appears as soon as you upload it. Quite how they avoid spamming I don’t know, but they obviously do. Maybe it is the high profile “bury it” buttons in each listing. Clearly, users can just bury spammy articles at the press of a button, so this clearly works, whether as deterrent or just by its presence, I don’t know.
